The mattress is nice and firm. Customer service also very responsive and helpful.
Quite disappointed though with the one miserable free pillow. Could have given more free pillows as I had bought two queen sized beds.

Mattress came fast and was easy to unpack and setup. A little bit hard at first but after a few days it is like a giant marshmallow.
So far, so good. Mattress is supportive, and comfortable. Shipping was fast also.
